• Position your furniture thoughtfully, away from direct heat sources like vents or stoves, to prevent the wood from drying and splitting.

Handling & Shipping Time

• The product's processing time before shipment is 2 weeks, and delivery takes an additional 7 to 10 business days.
• The item is securely packaged in (MDF/PLY) crate , corner Protectors, wraps and, corrugated Cardboards for added protection.

Returns

• Our all products are 100% insured. If a product arrives completely damaged and cannot be repaired, we will replace it. For minor damage or irreparable issues, we will cover the full repair cost. In either case, please contact us with photos of the damage, including images of the inside and outside of the packaging, showing courier tags or the box itself. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or other taxes levied by their country. These charges vary by location.
• Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any damage must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery to ensure a smooth insurance claim process and facilitate a refund or replacement.
• Failure to notify us of damage within three days of delivery will preclude our ability to provide a refund or replacement.
